The narrative of Striking Vipers raises many novel questions about the implications of immersive technologies on relationships: could the virtual world allow us a safe space to explore suppressed desires? Can virtual avatars make it easier for us to show affection to those we care about? Can a sexual or romantic encounter in the digital world be considered infidelity?

Above all, the episode explores the therapeutic possibilities of such technologies. While many fears about virtual reality had been raised in previous seasons of Black Mirror, this episode was focused on its potential. This includes the potential of immersive technology to be a source of liberation, meaningful connections, and self-exploration, as well as a tool for realizing our true identities and desires.

Once again, this is aligned with emerging trends in VR. We are seeing the rise of social VR applications and platforms that allow you to hang out with your friends and family as avatars in the virtual space. The technology is allowing for animation movies, such as Coco VR, to become an increasingly social and interactive experience. Considering that meaningful social interaction can alleviate depression and anxiety, such applications could contribute to well-being.

Techno-philosopher and National Geographic host Jason Silva points outthat immersive media technologies can be “engines of empathy.” VR allows us to enter virtual spaces that mimic someone else’s state of mind, allowing us to empathize with the way they view the world. Silva said, “Imagine the intimacy that becomes possible when people meet and they say, ‘Hey, do you want to come visit my world Episode Choose Your Story hack ? Do you want to see what it’s like to be inside my head?’”

What is most fascinating about Striking Vipers is that it explores how we may redefine love with virtual reality; we are introduced to love between virtual avatars. While this kind of love may seem confusing to audiences, it may be one of the complex implications of virtual reality on human relationships.

In many ways, the title Black Mirror couldn’t be more appropriate, as each episode serves as a mirror to the most disturbing aspects of our psyches as they get amplified through technology. However, what we see in uplifting and thought-provoking plots like Striking VipersSan Junipero, and Hang The DJ is that technology could also amplify the most positive aspects of our humanity. This includes our powerful capacity to love.

Fortnite Season 9 is only a few weeks away, which means a new battle pass, new skins, big map changes, more creative mode tools, and three more months of begging Epic to make Team Rumble a permanent game mode. I just can’t build like the kids do. A new season on the horizon means it’s also time for a couple weeks of in-game teases and events. So while we creep towards Fortnite Season 9’s release date, I’ll be following the progression of in-game events and collecting all the facts here, all the while sprinkling in a bit of healthy speculation.

This time I won’t be duped into another Water World theory, I promise.

When does Fortnite Season 9 start?

With just a few weeks left in Season 8’s weekly challenge schedule, Fortnite Season 9 could start on May 9 at the earliest. Epic has previously extended seasons for weeks at a time, so don’t take that as a hard release date.

With the Fortnite v bucks generator World Cup encroaching, I wouldn’t be surprised if Epic fudged the schedule to better accommodate a busy competitive lineup.

How much will the Fortnite Season 9 battle pass cost?

Expect the usual 950 V-Bucks, or around $10.

What kind of map changes can we expect?

Since Season 7 and Season 8 gave the map some thematic and geometric symmetry with its icy mountains and fiery volcano, I’d expect some action at the center or southeast quadrant. Some early theories suggest Dusty Divot will fill in with magma. I believe it, though I’m expecting bigger changes at Salty Springs, which has remained relatively untouched for Fortnite’s lifetime.

Excavators dug up a huge vault at Loot Lake, and now strange runes corresponding with the door are floating around the map, and players are pushing them to an unknown destination. Collectively, if players do enough damage to these runes, they’ll inch forward. Finishing ’em all off will likely kick off the next stage of the in-game events teasing and leading up to Season 9.

What’s more difficult: beating Dark Souls or getting a Victory Royale?

All I know is that I’m more scared of a sweaty soccer skin Fortnite player than I am of any Dark Souls boss.

What’s Fortnite Season 9’s theme?

The secret battle pass characters usually point towards the events and conditions of the following season, but as a big fiery demon guy, Ruin doesn’t tell us much at all. More fire and more lava are in the cards for sure. Beyond that, I’m expecting more cube stuff. Loot Lake is where Kevin (the big purple cube) was laid to rest. And Kevin was also into runes.

Any new vehicles?

Impossible to say, right now. I’ve tried to speculate in the past and failed miserably. Since the latest vehicle was a giant hamster ball with an attached grappling hook, I’d say anything is possible now. I’ll take a wild guess just because: pogo sticks. Why? Why not?

Fortnite Battle Royale is a free to play online game from Epic Games. V-Bucks are an in game currency, which can be used to buy cosmetic items and skins within the game. A lot of websites and Youtube videos are claiming to provide free V-Bucks, Is it possible?

V-Bucks can only be purchased legally from official sites, or you can earn it through completing different tasks in the game. All the claims to Free V-Bucks are a big scam, there is no such thing as V-Bucks

Why do players want free V-Bucks?

http://fortnite-v-bucks-generator.deeeepio.org/

Fortnite v bucks generator game is totally free to play, it only asks for money if you want to buy virtual currency called V-Bucks. We can spend V-Bucks to purchase cosmetic items, Battle pass, weapons, outfits skins, and other items. All of these things don’t affect the game-play, it just makes our character look cooler.

We can earn V-Bucks by finishing daily tasks, completing daily missions, earn daily rewards and progressing through the game. All these activities require skill and a lot of time. Hence users don’t want to wait, and they purchase V-bucks. Some of them even fall to those free V-Bucks scams.

Free Fortnite V-Bucks offers: How are they Scamming players?

http://fortnite-v-bucks-generator.deeeepio.org/

There are a lot of shady websites and clickbait Youtube videos, where the users are asked to complete certain tasks to get free V-Bucks. It usually involves completing surveys, downloading Android and iOS applications, inviting friends and such.

The scammers earn their revenue from third-party apps by boosting their sales and gathering user preference for them. While some collect the personal data of users, and people have lost thousands of dollars due to Fortnite scams.

Kids playing Fortnite are falling to this Scam

http://fortnite-v-bucks-generator.deeeepio.org/

Kids are naive, they easily fall prey to such scams. Fortnite is not suitable for kids under 12, yet many kids are playing the game. The scammers specifically prey on these younger kids.

The biggest reason is the trend of looking cool on social media. Many times a Fortnite challenge is generated, flaunting such as skins and items. To complete the challenge, users need V-Bucks, which leads them to such scamming sites.

Fortnite is no stranger to bizarre, oblique plot developments, but this is one of the more mysterious things we’ve heard from developer Epic Games so far. Seemingly out of nowhere the developer tweeted out an ominous image with a caption that said nothing more than “Ruin is coming”, and the same thing appeared on the in-game news feed moments later with a note that said only “???”. Season 8 has been pretty quiet so far, but that looks like it’s going to change very soon.

My first thought when I saw this was that it was a dragon: those scale-like armor pieces going down the neck seem to signal that to me. Plus, dragons have been teased for a long time in this game: we saw one in the teaser image for Season 8, and so we can be relatively assured one is going to show up at some point. There are also dragon eggs inside of the Volcano, having been previously stolen from Polar Peak. They even have an image of a dragon-like sort of serpent creature on them. It isn’t a question of whether or not we’re getting a dragon in Fortnite–we most certainly are–it’s a question of whether or not we’re getting one right now.

Another theory is that this could be the long-awaited fifth stage of the Prisoner skin, completing the once-wretched occupant of the prison at Polar Peak’s transformation into a Fire King worthy of the throne in the volcano. The Prisoner seems to have raised the volcano out of the ground with some sort of ritual, but his story still feels unfinished, as does his outfit: I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what we’re seeing here.

The Prisoner seems to have something to do with these dragons, so even if this image isn’t a dragon, I’m still saying that it’s likely dragon-adjacent. Fortnite v buck generator has been running a lot of tests that revolve around how to get everyone playing the game at a given time to do damage to singular target, and we’ve long suspected that the developer was preparing for a world boss: a kind of giant enemy that we would all fight at once in a true PvE challenge. I still think that’s coming, and I think the dragon is now our best bet for it.

A new Poison Dart Trap is coming to the game, and it harms both enemies and allies alike. There are also new items to forage, including tropical bananas — which, like apples, replenish a bit of health — coconuts, which act like a mini-Slurp Juice, and peppers, which give you a brief boost of speed along with some extra health.

Epic Games has also added a new game mode in the patch called Floor is Lava. One of the most requested game modes in Fortnitehistory, the mode will have the map slowly fill with molten rock until it covers the everything. Near the end of a round, player builds will be the only thing left to stand on.

This patch also adds Arena mode, the first game mode that players will need to compete in to reach the World Cup qualifiers. Arena mode is a ranked mode, with skill based matchmaking, where players will have to score points in their games to advance from division to division. Once players have reached the highest division, Champion League, they’ll unlock the ability to play in the World Cup qualifier tournaments when they go live in April.

With the addition of this new mode, which is only available for solo and duo players, Fortnite’s standard mode is also changing a bit. Regular battle royale is moving away from the competitive settings that Epic v buck generator recently introduced, which gave effective health and materials for eliminations. Those rules will still be around for Arena and Pop-up Cups, but they won’t be in regular matches anymore.

For a full look at all the changes coming to Fortnite in this patch you can check out the change list below.

WEAPONS AND ITEMS

The Baller no longer applies damage to players on collision.

  • The knockback/bounce effect will remain unchanged.

Future Baller Iterations

  • We’ve noticed a lot of discussion around the Baller, so here’s an update!
  • We’re not satisfied with the current use of Ballers, specifically in the late game. With the v8.30 update, we will release a change that will allow players to shoot through the glass of The Baller.
  • Non-glass parts will still have collision and block damage from bullets.

Siphon/Material Changes

  • In v7.40 we implemented a few Pop-up Cup settings as a test in core modes. After monitoring a combination of gameplay, data, and feedback, we’ve gathered necessary info to conclude this initial test. We feel it has resulted in an unhealthy level of aggressive play, diminishing other viable strategies. The following changes have been reverted in all core modes:

50 Health (or Shield) based on your health when the Elimination occurs.

50/50/50 materials dropped on Elimination.

500/500/500 Cap on materials.

Harvest rate increased by 40%

That said, these mechanics have proven to be positive in our competitive playlists. All changes above remain enabled in the new Arena Game Mode.

Infantry Rifle

  • Converted to hitscan, meaning this weapon no longer fires projectiles (snipers) and now fires the same as other Assault Rifles.
  • Base damage reduced from 45/42 to 42/40.
  • Uses the same damage fall off profile as existing assault rifles.

Poison Dart Trap

  • Available in Uncommon Rarity.
  • Can be placed on walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Found from Floor Loot.
  • Can be triggered up to three grid cells away.
  • Fires Poison Dart projectiles a distance of three horizontal grid cells (four vertical grid cells).
  • Targets hit by darts will receive a damage-over-time effect that applies damage directly to health, bypassing any shields.

10 health damage per tick.

8 total ticks over 7 seconds for a total damage of 80.

Subsequent hits will refresh the duration of the effect, but the amount of damage per tick does not change.

New Foraged Items

  • Bananas

Instantly grant 5 health when consumed.

Can be found in the tropical biome.

  • Coconuts

Foraged by damaging palm trees.

When consumed, Coconuts grant 5 points of effective health over a short time. That means it will replenish shields if the player is at max health.

Can be found in tropical and desert biomes.

  • Peppers

When consumed, peppers instantly grant 5 health and also increase the player’s movement speed by 20% for 10 seconds.

Can be found in the desert biome.

Fortnite is known for having some extravagant events – just take the Marshemello concert as an example – but the latest one is rather less glamorous, and will require players to get down and dirty by joining in a communal dig.

If you remember the iceberg from several months ago, you’ll know Epic v buck generator seems to have figured out a way for players to damage items simultaneously across all servers: and the dig site appears to be functioning in the same way. This time there are a variety of rocks for players to break, totalling a huge number of hit points. Oh yeah – it looks like weapons won’t do anything this time, you can only use your pickaxe. This is going to take a while.

There’s another Fortnite in-game event going on, everyone’s trying to break some rocks together.

Very upset I can’t use the plane to cheese it this time.639:56 AM – Mar 28, 2019See Emma Kent’s other TweetsTwitter Ads info and privacy

Unlike the iceberg, which upon breaking only yielded an unopenable hatch, players are hoping the dig (which appeared after the recent patch) could give them some better rewards. Dataminers discovered the rocks cover a downwards slope, and judging by the masks it looks like another dig could pop up over by Dusty Divot. And, as season eight is all about pirates and buried treasure, maybe this could tie into the theme. Some Fortnite lore bores are hoping it could relate to The Visitor, who came from the meteor that previously crashed into Dusty Depot.

To swing by the dig site and chip in, you’ll need to make your way to the pirate bridge west of Paradise Palms. Thankfully this event seems to be a much slower one than last time: here’s to hoping the efforts pay off.

Epic took away Fortnite‘s Bounce Pad and many players still haven’t forgiven it, but the company is back with a new item to fill the void: Poison Trap. This item is a square element akin to the Trap, but instead of shooting deadly spikes at players, the item appears to launch small darts (or something similar) with poisoned tips at players who walk in front of it.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1651007691

The Poison Trap first appeared within the Fortnite update 8.10 code, but the item didn’t appear in that version of the game and wasn’t made official by Epic. It’s unclear why the company didn’t add it to the game with that release — it may have needed more work before it could launch — but we now know that it’ll arrive as early as this week.

News Feed Update:

Epic Games apparently prematurely published a “Coming Soon” item in the Fortnite v buck generator in-game News Feed, revealing a Poison Trap item with a brief description and picture. This item has the same Aztec-like design as the new Sunny Steps location, as well as multiple holes that either eject a poisonous gas or shoot poisoned arrows/darts.

The News Feed has been updated to remove that “Coming Soon” alert, indicating Epic v buck generator published it earlier than it was supposed to. The presence means we can now confirm the company does plan to release the item and that it will be appearing at some point in the near future.

In a tweet on the official Fortnite Twitter account, Epic v buck generator said it will release game update 8.20 on Wednesday, March 27, at 5AM ET. It’s reasonable to assume the Poison Trap will arrive in that update, but the company hasn’t confirmed when it will release the item.

Fortnite: Battle Royale update is coming tomorrow morning, Epic Games has announced. “Ahoy, Mateys! The v8.11 update is setting sail tomorrow, March 20,” the company wrote.

Epic has confirmed the update will arrive at 4am CT, which is when we expect all servers to go down for maintenance and the deployment of the v8.11 update. “During this time we’ll be updating some of our Social Services,” the company wrote. “You may notice some irregularity with your friend’s list & party options until these updates have finished.”

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1648498161

Epic v buck generator usually reveals patch notes a few minutes before servers go offline, so players should expect a full breakdown of changes coming to v8.11 by 4am tomorrow. Servers are usually back a couple of hours after the downtime begins, if there is any tomorrow, so players should be able to play their first matches around 6am CT if the deployment of the update goes smoothly.

Developers at Epic have not confirmed much of what’s coming to this update. The new Flintlock Pistol that was revealed yesterday might be included, since items that are teased on Mondays are usually added to the game immediately in the next update.

Other details, or the lack thereof, indicate fairly small changes coming with v8.11. Players seem fine with the current state of the game, except with a few complaints about the game’s latest vehicle, The Baller. Since these complaints are not widespread, it’s unlikely that Epic will take any action to nerf it this update.

All updates and changes will be listed in the patch notes tomorrow.

Epic Games love to release special game modes to celebrate various events around the world such as the Superbowl. Now, it seems St. Patrick’s Day will be the next holiday to be commemorated if the latest set of leaks are to be believed.

Data miner @Lucas7yoshi_ was able to uncover a new LTM named ‘All Green’ which will be available in solos, duos and squads if it does become available. Players will only be able to loot green weapons unless opening a buried treasure chest to upgrade their loadout.

The mode could see the return of one of the rarest skins in Fortnite – Sgt. Green Clover. The uncommon skin hasn’t been seen in the item shop since April 2018 and many users would be overjoyed to see it make a comeback.

As well as the female skin, a brand new male cosmetic item could be on the way with leaks revealing a special St. Patricks Day style for the Overtaker skin. However, as seen in the past, it’s v buck generator likely it will be a completely new item if added to the shop.

TWITTER – @LUCAS7YOSHI_The new ‘Mauler’ skin could be available for purchase in the Fortnite item shop

The skin will be named ‘Mauler’ with the description ‘Mean and Green’.  Nothing has been confirmed yet but keep your eyes peeled for its release in the near future.

The new Starter Pack includes the Laguna Outfit, a festive new Back Bling called “Pineapple Strummer” and a pineapple wrap that will make all your guns and vehicles look delicious.

Like all Starter Packs this one will also include some V-Bucks (likely 600) and will probably cost around five or six dollars.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1648498161

There’s no telling when this pack will go live in the game but it probably won’t be long. This is the first Starter Pack to include a wrap, so that’s fun.

So far Fortnite  v buck generatoris having a pretty great Season 8. Even though the game peaked sometime in 2018, there’s still a lot to enjoy including something that the new kid on the block—Apex Legends—doesn’t have: Lots of different modes, from big team modes to solo. As great as Apex Legends is, I’m getting pretty tired of having to play in squads of three.
